I’m Joshlyn and my goal is to make it easier for millennials to confidently purchase their first homes because it did NOT come easy for me.

In fact, I failed the first time I tried to buy because I didn’t know what I didn’t know. 

I wasn't aware of how much my finances truly mattered. I thought having a hefty savings account, consistent job history and a solid credit score was enough. After looking at homes for several months, I found myself frustrated at the fact that my finances continued to hold me back from each home I submitted an offer for.

Eventually, I found the right support that helped me pay off my debt, improve my credit score and guide me successfully towards the purchase of my first home.

Now I want to help you confidently and successfully do the same.
