Like many millennials, I once lived paycheck-to-paycheck. In fact, I spent the majority of my 20s living for the now. Very much a "you only live once" impulsive spender.


However, getting laid off twice and struggling to buy my first home taught me that financial independence is the real freedom. A job can't provide that, a business can't provide that. It goes so much deeper.
