#2: One Thing I Would Do Differently When Buying My First Home
My first-time home buying experience garnered a lot of success but there is one thing that I would have done differently.
After attempting to buy my first home years ago, I knew that I didn’t want to just accept whatever was out there. I wanted to get the seller credits, low-interest rates, and down payment assistance that all of the investors I admire had spoken of. And thankfully, I did. Your girl cashed in!
However, there is still 1 thing that I would have done differently if I could, and that’s to purchase a multi-unit property instead. It just didn’t make sense for my lifestyle at the moment for many reasons. However, it is still a goal of mine and I hope you consider it as well.
Listen in to learn more about the value and benefits of multi-unit properties AND to determine if they are best for you. I included some questions to consider to help you determine if the single-family home or multi-family home life is for you.
