Is now a good time to buy in Atlanta? The answer is yes.
I know, I know. We’re in a pandemic and it has impacted everyone differently. Some have lost a lot, like their employment for example. However, some have gained during this time and/or have been unaffected at all. If you fall into the latter, then now is the time to put some action behind your homebuying dreams - mainly because interest rates are lower than they have been in a very long time! Lower interest rates means more money in your pocket and the potential for lower monthly mortgage payments. This is pending your other financial obligations of course.

Lauren began her property management company back in 2011 when the market was flooded with foreclosures. She was 19 years old and had just closed on her first home after seeing several destroyed foreclosures. She was taken aback by the condition of the foreclosures for sale. There was an obvious need for someone who could do the clean up and renovations necessary to get homes ready to be listed back on the market. Fast forward to today, she is now the one doing the selling. Lauren is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Management Owner servicing Gwinnett and Greater Atlanta.
