6 Money Tips I Wish I Knew Sooner....

There are 6 money tips I wish I knew sooner that I know now. I would have definitely been retired if I learned these earlier. The biggest lesson is to make your money work for you. And to use your early years to take those big risks that will definitely pay off if you manage them right. I used to have a scarcity mindset, where I hoarded every dollar, despite living wild and free on vacations.

I was very cognizant of where my money was going, but I wasn’t investing as much as I should have. Saving money as great but saving it alone didn’t allow me to grow the money. So I would look up a year later, and see a couple of pennies added to my account. A complete waste of time haha.

Since then, I’ve learned about high-yield savings accounts, I’ve learned about real estate investment trusts (REITs), I’ve learned about index funds and I’ve learned about how to use my 9-5 accounts to my tax advantage (i.e. 401ks and health savings accounts). I will touch on all of these and more one this video so you can avoid the top money mistakes that I made. this is money advice for 20 year olds, money advice for 18 year olds and personal finance tips for college graduates.

But even if you surpass those age ranges, you can still get started. Better late than never! I learned about most of this in my late 20s so I do feel like I’m playing catch up. But slow progress is better than no progress. These are money lessons on how to avoid going broke. We’ve seen it amongst entertainers and athletes but that won’t be our story.
